It is our opinion that healthy real estate investments have the economy and demographics surrounding it to support long-term acquisitions.  Our economists provide us with the research to help our team identify the most promising emerging markets in the USA. We provide single and multifamily positive cash flow properties that yield consistent cash on cash returns that range from 9% - 45% per annum. Our properties are carefully screened, and renovated by our own rehab teams. Then they are personally inspected by our Asset Protection Team to maximize rents, minimize vacancy, and minimize deferred maintenance expenses. 
Our properties are structurally and cosmetically sound and come with our guarantees. Our properties are all in excellent rental condition, and will be tenanted by close of escrow. Our investors can expect structural and cosmetic integrity from roof to foundation in each of our Key Acquisition areas.  All of our financial projections reflect “real world” cost, so that we can deliver true value to our members.
