We have exclusive property management teams. Each property manager is screened prior to signing an exclusivity agreement with REI Shoppe. They are licensed Realtors and Brokers in their respective states. Deemed experts in their areas, all of our property managers have been in business for a minimum of 12 years. They have agreed not to take on any other clients than those brought on by the REI Shoppe. This way we can count on the quality of their service.

We perform Quarterly walk throughs of all properties to assure the condition of the property has not been compromised.- Tenants must pass, background check, and income verification to be considered.
